By booking services with JP's Mobile Detailing, you agree to these terms. We provide professional mobile car detailing services throughout Buffalo and Erie County, NY. These terms ensure quality service for both parties.
Services Description
Professional mobile detailing services we provide:
- •Mobile Car Detailing: Full interior and exterior detailing at your location
- •Ceramic Coating: Professional-grade ceramic protection application
- •Paint Correction: Multi-stage polishing and paint restoration
- •Salt Removal: Winter salt and corrosion prevention treatments
Service details, pricing, and duration are provided at booking and may vary based on vehicle condition and size.
Booking & Appointments
Scheduling
- •Book online, by phone, or via email
- •Appointments confirmed via email or SMS
- •We require at least 24 hours notice for scheduling
Cancellation Policy
- •Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
- •Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
- •No-shows: Full service fee charged
Rescheduling
- •Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
- •Weather-related rescheduling at no charge
Payment Terms
- •Payment Due: Upon service completion unless otherwise arranged
- •Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, digital payments
- •Deposits: Some services require 50% deposit at booking
- •Pricing: Quoted prices valid for 30 days from quote date
- •Additional Work: Any work beyond quoted services requires approval

We inspect vehicles before service and document any pre-existing conditions.

Pre-Existing Damage
- •We document vehicle condition before starting work
- •Pre-existing damage will be noted and photographed
- •We are not liable for revealing or worsening existing damage
Customer Responsibility
- •Remove all valuables before service
- •Disclose any known damage or sensitive areas
- •Ensure vehicle is safe and accessible for service
Mobile Service Terms
Location Requirements
- •Level, paved surface required for most services
- •Adequate lighting for quality work (daylight or bright artificial)
- •Access to electrical outlet (within 100 feet) and water source
- •Covered area recommended for premium services (ceramic coating, paint correction)
Weather Conditions
- •Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather
- •Temperature, rain, or high winds may affect scheduling
- •No fees for weather-related rescheduling
Service Area
We serve Buffalo and Erie County, NY. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Intellectual Property
- •All content on our website is owned by JP's Mobile Detailing
- •We may photograph vehicles for marketing purposes (with permission)
- •Customer reviews and testimonials may be shared on our platforms
Dispute Resolution
- •Contact us immediately with any concerns or disputes
- •We will work in good faith to resolve issues promptly
